The right pillow should support a healthy posture that keeps your head, neck, and spine, in a neutral alignment. Perfect alignment means that your ears are in a line with your shoulders, and your chin is in alignment with your breastbone.

The type of pillow you should get depends on which position you normally sleep in. For example, if you sleep on your side, a firmer pillow will keep the spine straight.

You can also keep your bedroom cooler by using a programmable thermostat. If noise is a problem, try a white noise generator for a good night’s sleep. Even something as simple as reducing the clutter in your bedroom can help you relax and get a good night sleep.
